WHAT IS SUGARING?
Sugaring is an alternative to waxing. Sugaring paste is made out of sugar, lemon juice, and water. Which means there are no chemicals, fragrance, or colouring added, which makes it hypoallergenic, and great for people with sensitive skin.
And for those of you that dread hot wax, sugaring paste is applied at body temperature, and is easily removed with hot water, leaving you with no sticky feeling.
And even better, sugaring is just as effective as wax at removing hairs at the follicle level.

Just the best value for your money. Attention to details and basically had the best 3 or so hours of my life just enjoying being pampered. From the pedicure to the facials and to the reflexology, everything was a hit back to back. No one from the business asked me to write a review about their service, but I just needed to do this to spread the word out there.

Amazing experience! Never been here . The atmosphere and decoration is so beautiful and clean. They offer so many services! I had a Brazilian sugar wax and my legs! Kim is amazing so nice and made me feel comfortable! Great conversation. Had a wonderful time ! I will definitely be going back! Thank you

I contacted Re-treat and was pleasantly greeted by Dawn on the phone, I was looking to book a couple hours for my wife's birthday, I told dawn that my wife was pregnant and she was more than happy to help me choose the right things for her and to make her visit perfect! Dawn stayed on it and the information was quick and painless.The visit!!!We arrived and were taken right in! Everyone was super friendly! And wonderful! Things as a man I didn't know I needed(pedicure) it was relaxing and it's been a week or so and my feet still feel amazing and it was the perfect thing for pregnancy feet over there across the room from me (love you Em if you see this) then it was facial this was another thing I didn't know I needed... The massage was relaxing and I was so relaxed in fact I stumbled when I stood up. Glad you guys missed that lol I looked drunk!I highly recommend coming here for any occasion and for just body maintenance really the staff were all amazing every one of them engaged in conversation and seemed at ease even around the boss which to me screams this is a good place to work and visit.Thankyou to Dawn Ella and Matt for making Emily's birthday amazing!We are still vibing from it and tell everyone weeks later 🙂

My husband and I went for a spa day here for my birthday. Ella and Dawn were extremely personable, professional and we had a wonderful time. We got the pedicure, facial and massage and left feeling like new people! In today's hectic world I cannot recommend a better place to treat yourself to a relaxing time than at Re-treat Day Spa!

Look. I’m not one to “do reviews” I think feedback is best done one on one whether good or bad or somewhere in between.Further more. I don’t actually WANT to let people know how amazing this place is because it will only make it that much more difficult to plan and get a reservation.All that said I am, at the end of the day, a selfless humanitarian.And in that spirit I say this -Go here. Book anything. It’s perfect.I had the following treatments1. Reflexology2. Bars (I honestly don’t fully understand it)3. Hot stone massageIt was so good that the power went out. No joke. Shut down the grid. I left a better person for a price that I found SHOCKINGLY reasonable. I paid here for 3 1/2 hours of mind melting bliss what I would have paid for <2hours in a busy, factory assembly line equivalent in a bigger city.Was it better? YesWas it cheaper? YesAre they witches? PROBABLY.Tell them Leah sent you. Or ask for the witch package. They’ll know.

Masterful massage from Matt today. I felt so relaxed I probably could have fell asleep. Hot towel on the shoulders was a really nice touch. I can't say enough how impressed I was. I'm from out of town but I'll be back!

I have been coming to Retreat for a few years now and honestly I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is so courteous, friendly and the services are amazing! Rhonda is my hair stylist and always leaves my hair feeling refreshed and looking healthy! She is just superb. I also have to do a special shout out specifically to my massage therapist today, Megan, who gave me the most needed hot stone massage. This was my first time working with her and I'm pretty sure we are BFF's now! She made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and let me talk her ear off (which I don't normally do during a massage-but she is so easy to talk to I couldn't help myself). If you need some self care in your life, please go here and get Megan if you can because she is a gem!

Reflexology is so awesome! Felt like a crippled person when I first went in there I could hardly walk. After leaving there I felt like I had brand-new feet and ankles! Not to mention I love the other positive effects it had on my body. There are no half-measures made from Dawn and her team. I would definitely recommend coming to the day spa.

I had the hot stone massage and a foot massage. They were able to book me in last minute. This was a treat for me! The only problem is that I didn't want to leave! If there was 10 stars to rate, I'd give them that. Side note: beautiful interior and relaxing atmosphere. I can't say enough. So phenomenal. I'll be back for sure!

I went to this spa for the first time this week. Megan did my mani and pedi and she did such a wonderful job, attention to detail was on point... my feet and hands thank her so much. The place itself was clean.. bright and really a nice space.Can't wait to go back

There is no place like Re-Treat Day SPA to get the full experience from exceptional professionals, services, and environment. I drive 2 hours (WORTH IT) to Re-Treat as well as other family members and friends. The prices are GREAT as the service always exceeds my expectations. The reflexologist DAWN has the natural ability to heal, provides perfect pressure and makes me feel like a had a full day spa treatment just after one hour with her magical hands. I have also taken advantage of Dawns deep tissue ( and it is deep tissue breaking up my knots and tension that was causing me headaches and chronic pain) Lisa and Leanne are also so amazing with their services and microblading. As you can see I have used all their services from head to toe ( facials, massages, nails, toes to reflexology) and I would never go anywhere else!I also need to say that Matt another massage "artist" at the Spa has provided outstanding neck massages while waiting for my highlights in their hair salon to process - TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE and getting the "Platinum treatment" !This spa is CLEAN ( being a nurse the process of sterilization is PARAMOUNT) , positive and professional environment ( not easy to find a ONE stop shop with all these qualities, and services) Keep up the great job and smiles ladies - You are TRULY amazing !OH! and can I add, the receptionist (Mel) is so accommodating, and friendly ( I can see her smile through the phone) she works the planner to accommodate my times and all my appointment requests HAPPEN.On site Chiropractic office as well thank you Dr Perry and Dr Greg!You will not be disappointed - if you are, then you are one tough person to please, that's all I can say about that !HUGS , SMILES , and worth the drive.Note- there has been the ODD occasion where I had to wait a few minutes in between services but I know it is because they give every client the BEST of the BEST treatment ( worth the drive and wait ).

My son gifted me a special spa package at Retreat Day Spa in St. Thomas,that included a manicure, pedicure & facial.Leanne was wonderful! The service was efficient & timely.The atmosphere is lovely with every detail specifically made to make the customercomfortable. I’ve been going to the Re-treat Day Spa & Salon for years. Every time I walk through the door, I am always greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. It doesn’t matter who I see first, I’m always made to feel like I am a valued customer by everyone. All are very talented and never shy away from any design I might suggest for my mani/pedis. On those times when I’m not sure what I want, someone is always willing to help me with ideas. I frequently get complimented by total strangers on how great my nails or hair look! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Retreat Day Spa is my go to for EVERYTHING!My two daughters and myself have Acrylics, pedicures,facials done at this amazing place. We all have our hair done at the Salon as well. For anyone looking for a clean, relaxing,fun place for treatments this is the only place to go. Worth the money and your time to check this place out.

This spa is absolutely incredible they treat you like royalty. The atmosphere is lovely and fresh and makes you feel at home. As soon as you enter the building you begin to relax. Lisa is one of the best employees at retreat day spa. She always makes sure you’re comfortable and happy. They do everything from a basic facial to microblading. I completely disagree with the people who left a bad review (which isn’t very many) because my experience was perfect. If you are looking for a spa to go to this is 100% the one.

I went to Re-treat day spa for acrylic nails and it was the best service/experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Lisa was warm and friendly and we had great conversation. The atmosphere is bright, airy and relaxing. I was so happy with my results, i booked another appointment before I left. Can't wait to go back in March!

I have heard nothing but rave reviews for Re-treat Day Spa & Salon. So far, I have only gone to Rhonda for my hair styling, but she is amazing! While I am there, I observe nothing but smiling faces on the clients and the staff. Once, my daughter was with me and she was given special treatment and sat in the massage chair during my appointment! What service!

I had an opportunity to try the reflexology service at ReTreat Day Spa last year. I was having issues with my feet due to injuries sustained in the military. When I mentioned the problem Dawn was quick to adjust her schedule to get me in sooner. I was impressed with her professionalism and that of the rest of the staff. Since then I've included massage therapy and naturopathic treatment. Environment is comforting and that means a lot to me. While I do utilize the RMT service of another company, RMT service at ReTreat is equal which allows me flexibility of time availability.I'm happy to recommend ReTreat Day Spa to family and friends.

I've had two reflexology appointments with Matt and Dawn, and they both amazing! They are well educated, and can tell you some potential problems that you may have (e.g., digestion issues, lower back pain), and they have suggested treatments. It's extremely relaxing, and easy to find!
